Behavioral/DISC Testing

Our Behavioral/DISC assessments include the TTI Success InsightsTM reports, a family of three different comprehensive web-based DISC assessment options.  The results of these assessments reveal an individual’s high and low placement in each of the four dimensions that make up their unique natural and adapted behavioral styles. This is depicted by two illustrations, TTI’s Style Insights® Graphs and the Success Insights® Wheel.

Values/Motivator Testing
The results of the Motivation Insights assessment produce a report that identifies an individual’s level on each of the six attitudes and determines his or her dominant motivator. With the knowledge of values in the workplace, we can encourage employees in a way that satisfies their inner drive, so their passions are fulfilled and they are “plugged in” on the job. 
An understanding of values will reduce conflicts, improve talent selection and increase retention, expand efficiency and productivity, and energize a group working toward common goals. 

Cognitive Skills Testing
The Thurstone Test of Mental Alertness (TMA) instrument is a mental ability test that helps measure an individual's ability to learn new skills quickly, adjust to new situations, understand complex or subtle relationships, and be flexible in thinking. This instrument helps assess an individual's capacity to learn and understand the requirements of the job.  In addition to often being the strongest predictor of individual job performance, the TMA can help reduce overall turnover by helping to improve the effectiveness of hiring and placement decisions.
